Breakfast was oatmeal, lunch was 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 slices swiss cheese, snack was a 10 mg. protein bar and dinner was 1/2 cup green beans and a choc. protein pudding. Lots of water and all vits. Snack will be 1/2c vanilla yogurt, 1/4c blurberries and 2 tab. ground flax seed. I have not lost any weight in over a year and am very discouraged. Have about 50 more to lose. Betty

Hey Betty ! How's it going? You are not consuming enough protein !!! Try getting in 100-135 g per day and 100oz of fluids. Do not eat any bread, pasta, crackers etc. No grits, no oatmeal etc... Stick to fresh veggies, fresh fruit (no canned) and protein sources. No cheese or peanut butter- considered fats.... Try this for a few months and make sure you walk EVERYDAY for at least 30-45 minutes. There is NO WAY you will not lose weight by doing these things. Take all vitamins and calcium citrate and biotin (10,000mcgs per day) VAL

Breakfast: 1 slice of raisin toast with ff cream cheese and sf jelly, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese with strawberries, 1 piece of ff cheese, handful of raisins. Lunch: 2 ham and ff cheese slices rolled together, about 15 grapes, 3 crackers. A few lifesavers for a snack. Dinner: Sausage with green peppers, onions and green beans So far I've drank 20oz hot decaf tea, 20oz orange crystal light and 50oz of water.

MMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !! I forgot about sausage with peppers and onions. I get this awesome turkey sausage from Restaurant Depot for this meal ! I had totally forgotten about it I will make this over the weekend. VAL

breakfast:1/2 cup cheerio-type cereal with 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup milk vitamins snack: protein bar snack: 20 cashews lunch: cottage cheese with fruit snack: 1/2 protein bar dinner: 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce on 1/2 piece garlic bread. GRAZING! 2 SF fudgsicles 2 cups hot tea 1 bottle water Wow, that's a lot of food for me in one day. Sometimes it is good to write it down. I only eat like this every third day or so. But I'm grateful I have my bulemia under control for now. So I'm thrilled!

lets see.... cup of sf/ decaf french vanilla latte whole wheat pasta with shrimp and homemade low fat alfredo sauce. vitamins and tons of decaf iced tea. let the flames begin! Kari
