What R U Eating Today?
I am a VAL too! thereare not so many of us. I like the name a lot.
430 am yogurt with Ka**** in the morning high fiber cereal on top & enough vitamins to choke a horse
5-6 am 1 hour boot camp exercise class
730 egg mcmuffin
1030 few bites cheesecake
Lunch is planned to be 1/2 roast beef sandwich, snow peas and tomato slice
snack ? probably yogurt again w/ hi fiber cereal or cottage cheese. with fruit
dinner is planned to be grilled chicken breast marinated in a wasabi teriyaki sauce and california rolls.
Lets see now....HOTEL EATING....
Outta bed
16 ounces sf snapple with vitamins
coffee
Breakfast
1/2 cup Kellogs Complete Oat Bran cereal (with added pecans and raisins)
1/2 cup sf yogurt
1 medium banana
(threw away about 1/4 of this...couldn't eat it all)
Break (starved...vending machine)
very small bag of peanuts
20 ounce bottle water with sf tea in it
Lunch
(back to hotel)
1 protein shake
1/2 small avacado (maybe)
Dinner
Plan to have either small sub from Publix or a Healthy Choice tv dinner
Prayers going out to all those folks in Katrina's path....stay safe.
