For the ALMIGHTY DEAL shoppers!
Hello friends - NO REPLIES NEEDED - just sharing some info.
Oh, and I decided it's not "OT" since losing weight has a WHOLE lot to do with buying new clothes!
LOL - gotta love Lei-Logic?
Ive got about two minutes before I head back out the door and I wanted to post this for the "ALMIGHTY DEAL" shoppers out there. If you have the time - take yourself over to JC PENNY's - they're having a major blow out sale. Lots of stuff (in ALL departments) are on sale at 75% or MORE off. I was amazed at the deals I found and I'm going back again tonight.
I also bought my son, Keoni, a $100 Gift Certificate there. His Birthday is on LaborDay and I was going to give it to him in Oklahoma while we're on vacation. Nope, not anymore. Instead, Im dragging his butt back up to the mall tonight so he can spend it NOW. At this rate, he'll end up with $500 worth of clothes for under a $100. The best part? It's all GOOD QUALITY stuff.
I spent a total of $85 today (so far) ..the regular ticketed price was $575. Anyway - it's too good a deal NOT to share with the rest of you. It's a NATIONAL sale, so your JC Penny should have the same sales.
Just to give you an idea of what's out there, here is a list of the things I've bought so far.
Womans Section: I paid $49 it HAD been $351
$8 -- L.E.I. Jeans ($49)

I hope everyone is having a good day? Mine is getting better with each trip to the register.
I tried to meet Kim at the NEW GYM this morning, pulled it up on MapQuest last Friday, cool - only 2 miles from the house. Long story over? It took me 35 minutes to find it and I logged about 18 miles on the car - lol, I'm horrible with directions.
On that note - I need to RUN, trying to get a bunch of loose ends wrapped up before I leave for vacation and I'm down to two more days!
Have a great day - Lei
Psssst -- for those of you that were planning on attending the WINTER BALL in Richmond, VA? They have some beeeee'yootiful formal dresses on clearance. Had been $160 and they're now $29.
LOL, I wanted one sooooo bad, but I know my man would be shaking his head if I spent ANY-more on formal gowns.
::::::::::: SORRY, I am NOT proofing this beast :::::::::::::
OMG, you are making me literally drool.. If I try to bring one more item in this house, we're seriously gonna have to move.. Hmmm, i've been wanting a new house for a long time LMAO.
Thanks for the tip, I'm gonna try to find time.. how long is that sale good for? I knew I shoulda checked this board earlier.
Wendy
Hello girlfriend!!!
I happen to know FIRST HAND that you have room for at least three very LARGE bags of clothes (very large) ..cause that's what your sweet gracious self gave to me to take to my girlfriend in Oklahoma.
Sooooooooooo - you can still get the bigger house but you don't have to delay shopping until then.
Im not sure how long the sale is, because it's an "unadvertised" kinda thingie. Oh, and I KNOW I don't have to give you tips on bargain shopping, since you and I do so much together - but just in case there are others out there that arent sure.
Whenever you get to any of the different departments (misses, womens, juniors, formal, sports, bathingsuits, shoes, etc) always walk towards the back of that department. The 75% sales are NOT gonna be on the outskirts or easy to see. Erika went to Lynnhaven after work and couldnt find anything. Keoni and I just went to Lynnhaven and we both came back with a ton'a stuff again.
Here's my newest DEALS!!
* My FIRST "little black dress" $19 (had been $139)
* Several sexy unmentionables $15 (had been $73)
* 2 more dress polo shirts for Paul $16 (had been $64)
* 1 pair open toed heels $6 (had been $39)
...and my favorite "FUN" part was shopping for my new great nephew.
9 two-piece outfits for $19 (had been $137)
I'm seriously thinking about making a trip out to the Greenbriar one tomorrow - just to see what's out there. Although I really should stay home and clean house, encourage my hair to be blonder, shave, pedicure, manicure, yada yada yada, to get ready for my trip.
Hugs - Lei
