Hmmmmmmmmmm I replied at around 9 this morning. Where did it go? Oh well! I can't remember all that I wrote earlier so I will just say what I do recall. I did fine yesterday and had to battle night eating. I won!!!! I am determined however, to figure out why this happens. I mean I know I am not physically hungry. I need to come up w/a plan that will help me stay busy and keep my mind off food. I know I'm not alone in this. My committments for today are: 1.Get ALL my Water in. 2.Get ALL my Protien in. 3.Eat SLOWER!!!! 4.No eating after 7:30PM. 5.Keep my mind busy when I get the urge to eat. 6.Get on the Treadmill. Have a successful, abstinent day everyone! Your Gastric Buddy, Jeannie

There you are! I thought you just slept in today. And I'm glad to know there are other folks not eating after 7:00 - 7:30 PM tonight. We'll all be so proud of ourselves in the morning! DeeDee

Woo hooo... good for you! I hope you make your week's goal and get rid of that 4 pounds. Since I didn't make any goals for the weekend, I didn't have any to break. But the scale was not nice this morning, so it would appear that being "goal-less" is not a good approach to life. So today.... no eating between meals unless the need is really urgent. For me there is a difference between "I want a snack" and "I NEED a snack"! Hope fully I can get rid of the 3 nasty pounds I found over the weekend! Would be nice if I could do it before tomorrow, when I go to the doc for my 18 month follow up. But I'm not naive... I know it takes much longer to lose than it does to put back on. WP

Windy, I'm hoping my four pounds is just that pre-TOM weight that's being stubborn and not letting go. I have been so good with eating, exercising, drinking, etc. that the scales should be reflecting it but they aren't. I realistically know that I can't lose 4 pounds by our trip Friday but.......... if it's that TOM weight then maybe, just maybe ... ahhhh... to dream the impossible dream! I'm glad you joined in with us today. Be here tomorrow to let us know how you did with your no "want to" snack vow! DeeDee
