113 lbs now
Well I had not lost any weight from 6-20 until 3 days ago... I was sooooo proud that I had kept my weight and thought I had stopped losing.... Then for the last 3 days Ive lost 2 lbs... I had surgery on 4-9-04 and still losing... Dang, dont know how much more I have to lose... Getting a little scared now.. Was find until I got to 113, guess this weight freaked me out.. its what i weighted 20 years ago when I finished high school lol....
I do have an appt to go back to where I had surgery in Oct... So will see then....
Im in sizes XS, 3s and 4s... small enough if you ask me.. Im 5'4 lol...

I am SOOO curious... can you fill us in what a daily amount and food log you are eating? curious
Im 5'4 and stopped at about 140. Then dropped a few without really seeming to. Even that scared me so I can't imagine being your size and still losing.... wondering how much / often you are taking in foods and what type.. and do you drink with foods?

I done better with food yesterday. Seems like I get more in on days I dont have to work than days I do work. When Im at work, I tend to not eat as much.
Yesterday: I had over 1,000 calories.... I had part of a salisbury steak dinner with mashed potatos, corn, and bread. During the day I also had milk, decaff coffee, toast, cottage cheese, 2 pieces of cheese, a recee cup and a couple of chocolate chip cookies lol... I know the junk food isnt good, but I eat that to try to get some calories in. Dont flame me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....
So far today Ive had 2 recee cups, milk, decaff coffee, 1/2 a turkey sandwich, chips, cheese and about 10 m&m's. Right now Ive only had a bit over 700 calories but will get more in as the night goes on. I usually have a piece of toat before bed and some milk.
And noooooooooooo I dont drink with foods... makes me sick still.... I do dunk my recee cup in my coffee tho and that dont make me sick.... I love the chocolate coffee loll......
Didnt realize I was eating so little until I tryed keeping up with it... dangggggggg

But I have got my period right now, and I do eat less when its here that when its gone.
Still losing. Well can someone help me out. I'm a YEAR out tomorrow and I'm down 80 pounds. I have only lost 4.5 pounds since my last doctor's visit in March. I'm wondering what's going on. I'm 5'9" and I now weigh 187 pounds. Just wondering if it's the way I'm eating (Yeah!!). I love those carbs (cookies, even the ones I make with splenda) and I love the candy dish at work. I really need some help. I crave carbs. I'm trying. My doctor says that I'm at a healthy level. My fat percent is 35% norm is 33% and lower. My BMI is 24. He doesn't want me to lose any more weight and if I do to please gain it back in muscle. I'm just curious of why such a big plateau for me. Wonder if the weight will start dropping again. Had to increase my protein and water intake. Maybe this will help.

But I have got my period right now, and I do eat less when its here that when its gone.
When I eat cheese I dont eat the fat free, I eat the reg. And I do snack on nuts all the time, keep a can full by my bed and I do eat yogurt, but I do eat the light, not the fat free.
