You go girl! The main thing is that you are making an attempt to get on the treadmill. That is a step in the right direction. You have a goal, and I know you will achieve it today!
My goal for today is to stay on track w/my eating program and to continue taking care of 'ME'! I'm having my lunch right now and will be going out to catch some rays afterwards.
