What is your goal today?

My goal today to do something for myself today and the major one is not to graze I have had trouble with that the past couple of months and the scale is showing it,so now to start over and get back on track,wish me luck!Have a goood day!!! Candi:jump

Poor Candi! We must all be today - or so busy achieving our goals we haven't come here -LOL. This place can be pretty quiet but I love it here - it's kind of a different ball game when we're "grads" isn't it? I'm still learning from these wonderful people - perhaps I'll one day be clever enough to have my picture by my name! Hope you're having a good time doing something for yourself and good luck with the grazing. Grazing is my WORST habit post op and I know I'm not alone. Talk to you soon- Bette
