When To Take Iron Pills?

I am on Vista Vitamins and was wondering when I should take my iron pills. My pcp wrote a prescription for Poly-iron, which is to be taken twice a day. How far apart should I take them? Thanks for your help... Janet

At least two hours apart from your calcium and make sure you take a vit c with the iron. Darlene
