Today I vow to:
? Eat fewer than 1200 calories
? Drink a minimum of 80 oz. of water
? Go get my hair cut and get a manicure/pedicure
What are you vowing to do today? I missed getting to go to the gym yesterday... I had to come home to give my stamp of approval on the built in shelves I had installed in my sewing room (and pay the installer). Have a Fabulous Friday!

Hi DD and crew!
I did not write my food down yesterday. I had an original plan but strayed from it terribly. Carbs are definitely evil. Usually I don't even buy bread products but I did recently so I could have BLT'S with my fresh garden tomatoes. Well I can't trust myself with it in the house. Even if it is in the freezer I will microwave or toast it. That and bagels is what I have been eating in the night. So another lesson repeated AGAIN about what is safe food for me.
However I did drink my water, protein and contact the classmate. Today I vow to:
Drink my water
get at least 60 g protein
exercise
no night eating!!!!
