Yep, once I stopped looking as exercise as the enemy and started looking at it as my "assistant" my attitude changed. All those endorphins help keep you up beat even when the loss slows.

Thanks so much for the compliment. And if I may, you are gorgeous! I went to visit my sister this last week and got together with a group of her friends. I actually had one of them introduce themselves to me not having any idea who I was! It was funny as well as well as reaffirming. Amazing what 200# (or lack thereof) can do!

WOW!! Double Century Club. That is AWESOME. I know you are really proud of your accomplishments. I'm 15 months out and have lost 164 lbs to date. I too have relaxed on my exercise and have hit a plateau. Time to get back on track. Thanks for the kick in the "_utt" TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK. THANKS

Thanks for the words of encouragement! We'll make a pact. Whenever we feel like it is really too hot or late to hit the exercise we will picture each other shoving us out the door! We can do it.

Congrats. I just hit 200 this week as well (unofficially, I'll know at 1 year out appointment tomorrow). Race you to 300 My rate of weight loss these days is higher than it was at 6 months because I'm exercising so much now.

Doesn't it feel amazing? I never really doubted that this would work, but I really couldn't imagine what I would feel like 200# lighter. Keep us the good fight and I will too!
