My goodness... how in the world did a PS' office bring you to tears?! I hope you're feeling better about it today. You are so good at keeping your vows every day. Just the "no grazing" is a huge accomplishment in my book. I am four pounds away from the century club and I want so desperately to make it before the end of the month. I'm leaving on a nine-day road trip September 2nd and I think it would just really help my psychy if I could leave with 100 pounds gone... I might be less tempted to blow it while I'm gone! Female logic (or is that an oxymoron according to the men who might read this?) Have a terrific day! DD p.s. Since you're so faithful to this post do you think I could talk you into keeping it up while I'm on the road trip? I'm rarely going to have access to a PC while I'm gone.

Dee Dee, I've been missing out on getting my walking in These last couple of weeks. Adjusting to the schedule changes now that school is starting back- And, Wow! It's been Sooooooo Hot! Well, I used to always walk in the afternoon/evenings- This morning, I walked 3 miles before 6:30! Whew!!!! Off to the shower and on to school! My Vow?- I'll get my walking in before I start my days, At least, until this weather cools back down. Best Wishes- Dx

I can empathize. Our daughter moved to Hudson, Ohio last August. The other night she called and said, "Mom, I was going to work out at the gym after work but the weather is so wonderful here that I think I'll just do a 3-mile walk in the park instead." Is it wrong to hate your kids sometimes?! If I didn't walk the treadmill at the office gym I would have to get up at the crack of dawn and walk in the 80° weather instead of waiting until it got HOT by 9:00! I so enjoy walking outside more and can't wait for fall! Have a terrific day at school and we'll just keep praying for cooler temps to hurry up and arrive. DeeDee

You can make it to the Century Club by then DeeDee. You have much determination and I know you can achieve it. Wow, a nine day road trip. Hope it's all for pleasure. You will be missed. I would be honored to keep this post going. Just remind me the day before. Take Care! Jeannie

Dee Dee, I just discovered this board. Yea!! I can certainly relate to the night grazing. I have no trouble until about 7 p.m. So, just to start with baby steps, I vow to eat nothing after 7:30......sometimes it's late before I get to eat dinner. This is a great idea! Dorothy
