Good Morning!
I was needing to post my Tues. commitment. Didn't get to it yesterday.
I had been doing great and am getting all my water and protien in but have been slacking on my exercise and been getting into some emotional eating again. Aghhhhhhh!!!
I can't get back into this old trap. Food never has and never will solve my problems. I have to stand strong today and resist the urge to stuff my emotions and deal w/what is troubling me. Today I committ to:
1.Get ALL my H2o in.
2.Get ALL my protien in.
3.Eat Slower.
4.NO Grazing!!!!!! :@:
5.Do 20mins.on Treadmill.
6.Tan.
7.Sew Buttons on.
8.Enjoy the flowers I got yesterday.
