Excessive Emails - HELP

I posted for the first time yesterday, and when I logged in to check my emails, I had 116 entries, all of which were posted messages from this board. How did that happen? How can I make it stop? I want to come HERE and read the posts, otherwise I don't know what the question is and at times what the responses are. Thanks a bunch everyone. Happy Sunday to all. Missy

Missy--If you go to update your profile, near the top of the page and then there is something about contact information--I think it is flagged new, then go to email preferences and you can adjust it there. You must have it set to email individual notices when people post. I choose to just get responses to my posts.

Thank you, I will go and look for that. It is hard to go through those emails. This morning I woke up to 44 and it's only 8:30. Missy.
