2 recipies for fish
I posted these on the main board for someone, thought I would share here.
I use Cod, Haddock or Filet of Sole...
Take your fish & dip it in a beaten egg, then in Parmesan cheese. Saute in Olive oil until lightly golden.
Or try it this way,
1 1/4 tablespoon of mayo
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 oz grated parmesan cheese
Combine all but the cheese spread over fish in shallow dish, (use pam) sprinkle with cheese bake for 30 minutes or until crispy , oven at 350.
