QUESTION TO MAKE YOU REALLY THINK....
Think before answering this question. Its not WLS related but very eye opening if you really take it in. My daughter lives on base in NC and sends me all these cute emails with very strange and/or revealing questions. Last night we got on the topic of "what if"... and this is the question she sent this morning....
"What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?"...
My answer is I would open my own art gallery/studio and paint and sculpt to my hearts content. Not having to worry about making a full-time job a priority to pay the bills. I would love to be able to wake up in the morning and go into my studio with the natural light coming in the windows and paint for myself. Not something someone has commissioned me to do, just because I want to do it. Belive it or not, painting is a very expensive hobby. Some paints cost me $30 a tube not to metion the brushes. I just placed an order with the art supply company I get my brushes and canvas from and 3 new sable brushes ran me $80 not including shipping. Im getting ready to start a painting for a friend that just had a new home built and she wants a painting for her living room. I've done work for her before. We joke that her home is my own personal gallery but it would be nice to have a real studio of my own.
Hmmm....
play professional baseball.. not on a woman's team but the only female on a mans team. That was my dream growing up.
I would love to do gardening and landscaping too but I can't handle the heat!
I wish so badly I could paint. I admire people who paint. I am always buying artwork especially from the Deaf culture.
I am so 2 dimensional that I cannot do depth.
Hugs,
Dana
