YUM
Marylyn,
That really sounds great. I think I'll try it this weekend. Here's another good one that I picked up from the salad club here at work. Mix 2 tbs hidden valley ranch (fat free) with 1 tsp of hotsauce to top any salad. It's got a nice spicey zip. It's especially good on a grilled chicken topped salad. I would like to see us swap more recipes. It's very easy to get bored with what we eat.
thx

Marylyn...I just made a fruit salad....I'm on a fruit kick right now...its my own little creation...and I loooove it...so does my Dougie.
1 peeled and diced apple any kind
1 small can pineapple chunks no sugar added drained
1 small can drained mandarin oranges
about a cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
2 stalks of celery diced
enough Hellman's mayo to coat.....
I cover it and put it in the fridge....and when I feel I just can't go on...I'll have a small bowl of it...and bingo. Life is good again.
Hugs from the beach
