Paula, I use hot coffee, and I don't let it cool, but I bought some IDS cappachino, don't like it as well as the cafe mocha, but the IDS makes a great ice coffee, it is more sweeter then the cafe mocha...

I adore the IDS vanilla-cinammon and I add it to my coffee every morning. Tastes like those General Foods coffees--sort of.

Will try that one too.... Have been using the cafe mocha for over a year, and is hard to break from that one..... like a said a little cinnamon, and nutmeg, ohhhhhhhh it is so good......
