PROFECT???? Well, I am not one to try all these protein drinks, but I finally tried this one! It is wonderful! I wi**** had been available after I had my surgery! No worry about wasting any of it for there is less than 3 ounces in the tube. I sent in and received their sample box of the 4 flavors and it was only $11.96 and free shipping. They have Blue Raspberry Swirl, Cool Melon Splash, Fresh Citus Berry and Grapefruit Mango. What I found was that even though I didn't like all the flavors there was so little of it that I could tolerate it! Hey, it is 25 grams of protein and only 100 calories. thanks Becky, I do hate those things and am told to not rely on them, to get my stuff from regular type foods. I'm only allowed to consume them when I'm really sick and can't get the "normal" stuff down. This might be the ticket that I'm willing to try!

I was told in the beginning to not depend on shakes and sorts, but on some days I do have a hard time getting my protein in and this helps. I am not a breakfast eater so I have been having one of these for breakfast. By the way I have been asked if I work for this company and the answer is no. I was just excited to find a protein that "I" liked! Becky
