Good Morning Rita, Your right, we all have our demons, and sometimes I think the harder I try, the harder it becomes... Is so beautiful up here, the ash tree's are losing their leaves already, and some of the ferns on the side of the road are starting to get gold. The wheat fields look like golden lakes, is so beautiful.. Your right about a numbers, we are more healthier, Is funny how before we have this surgery we have this image of what we "want" to be... Some get there, some have problems cause they lose to much, and some of us have problems getting that last 20 off... but we are all healthier for it, and that is what is important..
