I sent Mike to tail the bus, so we can see what route it takes, besides by doing that, I know he won't be home for a few hours... lol.. time to put my feet up, get my coffee, and relax a bit.. lolol.... Good morning, Val. Isn't back-to-school days wonderful? I still get a little envious when I see the kids out shopping for new school supplies and clothes. Going back to school each fall was always a big highlight in life. I hope you have a fantastic day and that Marianne comes home with lots of excitement and stories to share with you. DeeDee

Dee, Good Morning, we went to Orientation last night, a young man came up to her and introduced himself to her, and said if she needed anything he would be there to help her, as he took her hand... she blushed.... lol... So that put her at ease, and she talked with a few other girls, so was so excited last night, I never thought she would get to sleep. Is a big turn around from Maryland where she was scared to go.... She was up at 5 this morning getting ready.... I even made her cinnamon raisin oatmeal, and snuck in a little protein.. lol...she didn't even know the difference.. I asked a few teachers what she needed for today, they all said herself, she didn't need any supplies, the school provides all... that was different, we had to supply all in Maryland... You have a great day, will let you know about her adventure tonight.. Love you

morning syb..drinking my coffee and trying to wake up ..i dont think ive slept later than 7 this summer but thats ok..rather get up and do what i gotta do.. sigh first day of school how cute .new backpacks, markers, pens, clothes,, sneakers ..having the house to yourself..priceless..bahaaa i hope marianne has a great school year and its successful..as for picking those potatoes i dont know...lol i dont know whats in store for me today yet ..im going to take it hour by hour..my gf wants to go to the beach said she will come n get me ill see im still up in the air depends on weather .. and uv uindex..im not going to beach if uv index is less than a 7.. wewll tossing you a fresh pack of ciggys and new bic lighter have a great day.. Syb, Cant do that, already did last night... lol.... I can see you and Barry now.... Now that is priceless!!!!!! I have 3 more closet dressers to assemble, will work on those tomorrow after I get the house done today. beach sounds great, Oh had to turn the heat on this morning, was 52 out here when I woke up, and poor Marianne was shivering when she got out of the shower, lol. hoping fall is in the air.. You know I am a candle freak, well I found a pretty new scent from yankee Candle is called Autumn Wreath, it smells so good... I bought a warmer to put it on instead of burning it, and they last forever on one of those....Am going to order a few more warmers, they are great. You have a wonderful day too, Throwing you a couple of packs so you can really relax on the beach today, and a windproof lighter.... lolol Love ya Bunches.... and still TRYING to be as as you in my garfields this morning.... lol

Glad to hear your kiddo has made an impression on said young man ( I know I know not yet ) well my own don't start till after Labor day ( due to construction) but I'm so ready for them to be back so I can get my ME TIME back ie go to the gym,clean house ,many other projects that need my full attention .Well you have a great day I'm going for my second cup of joe . Kristy, Good Morning to you.... And now it is my turn to become Queen of the Plaster. but want to wait till I make sure all the humidity is gone before I start the papering and painting. that will give me time to rip it down after my MIL leaves.. I know one room at a time.... Will get it done, we still have horse hair plaster in a few rooms, am not going to remove it, but will spackle the cracks and go over it with a sander.. I want to keep things as they are as much as possible. You have a wonderful day too......

Morning from the sultrry south Val, today is a big day for me here. I go for the final interview for that job. Wish me luck, say a prayer and keep a kind thought, I am going to need it. After really mulling over all that has gone on in my life the past several months, I REALLY WANT THIS JOB. Having major problems with eating....I JUST DON'T WANT TO. Who would have ever thought they could ever say that, especially me. But seriously, I have no appetite and when I do eat, it is mostly two or three bites and then I cannot tolerate putting anything else in pouch or it will start to raise hell on me. I know, I know, and I HAVE called my doctor and I go to see her this Friday about all of this. Still able though to get my water and vitamins in, and as much liquid protein that I can stand. Some days are alot less than others though. Anyways, I guess I have come a long ways from where I was three years ago. For honestly, I PROBABLY WOULD NOT BE HERE if were not for the surgery. I have no regrets, for this problem can be resolved, I have faith in that. Everyone, especially you Val, have a great day today and everyday for that matter. Best to all, Bea

Good Morning Sweet Bea, Of course you are in my thoughts and prayers, when are you not??? I hope you get this job, I know how much you really want this... You really have to get at least as much liquid protein down you as possible, I have been going through that too, but have been nibbling my way through the day..,a few bites of this, and that, but the liquid protein is a constant... Is strange I can do great all day, and as soon as I start getting uncomfortable I start grazing, is almost like I am trying to eat away the pain... SO today on Dee's vow, I vowed to pick up my knitting today instead of some crackers..... I know if I didn't have this surgery, I would be dead by now... I know it saved my life..and I pray it saved me long enough where I can see my daughter graduate, that is my only wish... You have a wonderful day, keep your chin up, and a smile on your face, and you will do fine.... Let me know how it goes.... &

Good Morning Val & All, Looks like it's going to be a great day here in Boston. Sun is shining JoAnn go for the beach won't be too long before it really is too cold for the beach here. Val fall does come early in Maine but it is a lovely season "Up There". And for all who don't feel they belong here for whatever reason, tain't so. Each and everyone of us is fighting our own demons whether emotional or physical, that's what we're all here for support. It's nice too hear about successes but it's also important to extend support and encouragement in times of need. Most of us will not reach that ultimate goal but we all are healthier, more mobile and will live a better life. What more do we need, the correct number, why??? And what is the correct number? None of us is perfect or we would not have gotten mordidly obese!!!! United we can and will defeat that "fat" monster in our lives. Now that I've rambled on and on have a great day, and welcome to everyone.
