With the help of Linda (Pinalope) and Lei, I finally figured out how to post some pictures. Here are some before and after TT pictures from my surgery in June. I was still really swollen in these pictures, so I will be adding some more current ones in the next few weeks. Here is the link: http://share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=8EZM2zFwzcuNA Eileen

Thanks Deb!! I really did not find it to be difficult having it done in the summer and I wore the binder faithfully day and night for the whole 4-6 weeks. I thought I would be hot having to wear it, but it really did not bother me at all. Eileen

Looks great Eileen. If the after pictures still show swelling, I'd sure love to see some current pics! Looks like he/she did a great job. How was your recovery? Michelle 294/150

Thank you, Michelle! Yeah, I swelled pretty bad for the first month or so, but it is much, much better now ~ only get a little bit of swelling from time to time. I have to say that the recovery from this surgery was the hardest of all the (many) surgeries that I have had. The incisions never really hurt, but my doc does very, very tight TT's and I was hunched over for several weeks and it made my BACK hurt ALOT. I had alot of muscle spasms in my back. Then the burning pain in my upper abdomen with the nerve regeneration was pretty painful for a few weeks. But I feel GREAT now!!! The only time it hurts now is when I cough (where the muscles were tightened). Oh, and when I lifted something too heavy the other night, my muscles were very sore and crampy for a few days, but that has cleared up now. Eileen

Eileen--You look awesome! What a difference. Did you have the same doc as Lei? I can't wait to have b&a pics to post. I go for a consult tomorrow and another one next week. I believe I am having part one Sept 15! Yay!
