I can't remember what I ate yesterday, but my kids (19 &21) say that's cause I'm old. Good thing they don't live at home anymore, I'd forget to feed them. I keep thinking I'm going to get back to basics to lose the last 5 lbs that I want to lose and can't remember what basics are. Just tell me that it's normal and not cause I'm getting old. Fanny 297/150/happy as a lark... I think.

Donna--It is funny that you ask that because I really did forget and suddenly I remembered. I ate tons of ground turkey breast browned with tomato sauce, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad and cheese. I also remember thinking cottage cheeses was the absolute best tasting stuff I had ever had.
