This is a great way to stay accountable. I need to join in. Thanks for the opportunity.
1. Get all my water in.
2. Slow my eating down.
3. NO "Bad" Carbs.
4. Don't eat after 7:00 pm
(I struggle w/acid reflux)
5. Have hubby clear Treadmill off tonight and get
back on tomorrow.
