I've been busy this week preparing for our move into our getaway cabin on a great fishing river up here in Alaska. The silver salmon are running and the fishing(and eating) will be great for a few weeks. I can walk and not be out of breath, and climb in and out of a boat with no problems, and I can move boxes and furniture without huffing and puffing---life is good!
