New Here - Glad I Found You!

Wow -- here is where all my old "friends" have gone -- I have been wondering where you are. Glad I found you! For those that know me, you know that I was two years post op this past June, have lost 180 pounds, and have recently completed all my plastics - now I am healing. Life is good, but finding you guys again is great! Lynda, Charlie C, Joann, Leilani, Janine, Kari, and those I've forgotten to mention -- missed you guys!

Hi there Nan! Glad you came to join us. I tried sending you an email letting you know about this place. I figured you were busy or your email had changed. Did I read somewhere you were looking at houses? Are you planning on moving? Congrats on your tremendous success!!

Hey Lynda -- home e-mail hasn't changed, but I don't get to check it as often as I should cause it is blocked from work, and personal time is busy. As for looking at houses, yes -- Gene decided that he can't live at my house since I lived there with Chuck and it makes him uncomfortable (haunted?), and his house doesn't work for me for other reasons; hence, we have decided to "invest" in a home for us together -- an "our" house -- probably not a wise financial decision in this inflated house market, but an investment in our future and relationship. Welcome Nan! I too am glad I found this board. Much easier to go through these types of posts that pertain more to what we are currently experiencing.
