Today I vow to:
? Eat fewer than 1000 calories
? Drink a minimum of 80 oz. of water
? Work out in the gym after work
? Mail a couple cards to folks who need a lift
Yesterdays vows went well; I had 951 calories, 77 grams of protein, 101 ounces of water, and I worked out in the gym after work.

Hey DeeDee,
I didn't get a chance to actually post yesterday, been a busy week already for me, but I love these Vows. I did make some yesterday, and kept them, just didn't post. I decided to up my exercise, and do something for at least an hour each day for my body. Last night I took a PowerCut class at the Y, working with weights and bars with weights on them, while doing exercises and the class finished off with ab work, OUCH. Felt great, and I'm going to do it regularly.
Today I vowed to ride my bike before work, and I just got back from a good long ride. And tonight I'm taking a Yoga class.. this is new for me.
I also vow to stay away from the sugar free cookies at work! And to try to breathe through my stress later this afternoon.

I did it yesterday!!! I surpassed my 40 gm protein and made it to about 55.......woopeeeee. Again, thank you.
Today I'm going to:
Add a protein shake to my protein intake as the 50 still is not enough and it just hurts too much. I cannot go through my days feeling like I'm going to hurl any minute.
I will drink a full 64 oz of water again.......that lemon really is helping with that! I'm doing 1/2 lemon Propel, 1/2 plain water, and 2 tsp lemon juice....nummy.
Do my laundry,which "should" have been done 2 days ago.

I didn't do the best yesterday. Lacked one glass water, did not organize or lift weights but did get the lawn mowed and tanned for 15 minutes. Not feeling much like committing today. Overslept, kinda blah but I will try to
Do cardio and weights 1/2 hour each

20 minutes organizing

Count me in -- my vows:

- Eat fewer than 115 grams of carbs!
- Drink a minimum of 80 oz of water
- Walk three miles after work
- Pack for my weekend in Portland!
Can't make it to the gym today before it closes since I have an appointment to look at two houses. Hope to make up the exericse with the walk afterwards.
Yesterday went fairly well with calories and water - didn't make it to the gym -- went for a pedicure instead. Overdid the carbs, but not by much!
