What is your goal today?

Well guys,my goal the other day was to get this darn scale moving again,and I have been working my butt off for 2 weeks now.2 hours at the gym each day,getting all my water in and not more then 800 calories a day,mostly protein.So I went to get on the scale today and it actually said I had gained 5lbs. I don't know what else to do I am about ready to give up!Well I hope at least you have a good day!!! Candi

Candi, don't give up! You may be losing inches and gaining muscle. It is better for you to go by how many inches you have lost rather than how many pounds you have lost. You are doing great! Keep up the good work!

Hello Candi - My goal is to make it through the day without snacking on carbs. I don't have a problem eating carbs, when it's part of the meal, ie potatoes, pasta, etc.... BUT, that's ALL Im going to allow myself. If the carb comes disguised as a snacky kinda food (tater chips, cookies, candy, etc) then it's NOT passing these lips. I've lost 9 of the 15 lbs Id gained (wooohooo, that's right NINE OF THOSE BAD BOYS are GONE!!!!!) ...with only SIX more to get to my lowest weight. No carbs, no grazing, no carbs, no grazing, no carbs, no grazing .... surely if I say it enough, that'll make it real, right? Good luck on yours! - Lei
