Ick. Never used one, and who wants to order the stuff on the kids menu anyway? I don't even let my kids eat most of that (unless it's breakfast foods).

My doc gave me one but I've never used it. Why bother? My husband takes my left overs home! And who wants the whole world to know you're a WLS person! Not me anymore!
