Shawna, I know the world is keeping you busy these days but I would like to know how you are doing my post op june bug! How is the lose been for you...I am doing nothing go**** was so nice in the beginning. Not complaining because I wouldn't change a thing. I really do like me where I am out....although it would be nice to get to that 150 number. I hope to hear from you soon girlie!

Hi Debbie! First off thank you Lynda for pointing this post out to me. I have been great Debbie. Still trying to work on gettting this last 50 lbs off and it is so hard. I have been between 220 and 225 for the last 2 mths. It is so hard not to get frustrated but I just try to stay excited about how far i have come. Yes, I have been busy and I do still lurk alot just don't post much. I have a boyfriend now, I have been seeing for a little bit and that is going very well. He keeps me busy....lol. Busy is a good thing! I see you are playing with the same pounds that I am....Although Sunday the scale moved! It was amazing! A pound. Yes I am so excited by a pound loss. I have your email in my contacts list! Glad to see you are doing well. Take care Debbie
