Yesterday I vowed to Jeannie that today I would join your vow post, so here I am.
Today I vow to:
? Offer at least two other people genuine and enthusiastic support
? Use FitDay to track my eating
? Snack on protein instead of carbs
? Drink at least 80 oz of water
? Take *all* my vitamins/supplements ****ep forgetting my second calcium before I go to bed)
? Do something (anything) physically active instead of chaining myself to the computer all day--think I'll break out the exercise videos since it's storming here
Congrats on getting back to where you were, by the way! Now you get to forge new ground in your weight loss--how exciting!!! Of course, that means that now I only have 8 more lbs to wallow in my funk....

Yaarrgh! Half a day of using FitDay, and my self-delusion about how many calories I've been taking in is starting to crumble...
Up to 750 calories today already, and I still have most of the day to go. Looks like a very light dinner for me tonight! Not doing so hot on the protein-instead-of-carbs vow so far, but at least FitDay is forcing me to record and acknowledge them.

Good Morning Dee,
Today I vow to do the same as yesterday but to add more water... and I vow to trade in my nightly popcorn tonight for a bowl of dried cheerio's instead..
So am going to finish this coffee, and then take a shower, go to town, and get some supplies, and cheerio's........... and then come home and protein myself, and finish the back of this sweater... and take the day off.....is raining here, and we are under a severe weather watch for this afternoon...

I have been making a counted cross stitch quilt what seems forever.. I cut out all the block od aida cloth, and then framed them in with christmas fabric, am almost done, but still have to back it and block, it, etc..
Will get that out when I get my craft/sunroom put together, and I can put it all out there for use..
Popcorn does taste better, but I think the cheerios are much better for me, for my nightly crunch mode.... I can do great all day, but when night sets in, I have to have some crunchies....
I ended up with about 1100 calories yesterday, and 97 grams of protein... even with the popcorn, so am doing ok.....
don't know what I am going to do tonight, but some how cabbage and spare ribs are entering my mind........
