I kept my vows yesterday too. I only had 1 starbucks vs. 6 bottles of water... I did 45 minutes of cardio and 1/2 hour of weights.... I threw away my bag of DoveBar Promises. The only thing they really promise is to put 10 pounds on my hips... But they are so yummy!! Todays vow.. I vow to be good to myself. Even though money is very tight right now for me Im going to find a way to pamper myself a bit this weekend without wasting money. I vow to do "O" starbucks vs. 8 bottle of water. I vow to swim some laps in the pool in addition to my regular cardio workout.

Todays vow is to drink more water and take all my vitamins. Also to walk more than I did yesterday. I did pretty good yesterday. I did have a couple of snacks but I made them fruit instead of crackers or something bad like I usually do. So I felt pretty good about reporting today. Thanks, Connie

DD, Thanks so much for doing this thread. It is exactly what I need. I kept my vows of yesterday except for taking 10 minutes to visualize. I think that is part of my problem. I am having a real mental block imagining myself at goal and exactly how I will feel, look and be. Although the transformation has been amazing in so many ways sometimes I feel I haven't changed at all.... or the change hasn't given me the results I imagined. Does that make any sense? Anyway.... today I wanna do lower body weights and a half hour of cardio, drink 8 glasses of water and clean up a couple paper piles in my office area. Take Care-- Lucy
