Protein Drink question

Protein can not be mixed with liquid hotter then 130 degrees. I use to use one of those internal thermometors that people use on meat to check, but now I can tell how hot liquid is by sticking my finger in it. Of course that isnt too bright since I have burnt my finger more then 1x doing this. As for mixing, I use to use one of those mini whisks, they work super!! But I am not sure if Unjury has improved or my mixing has but a spoon works fine for me. Of course with anything a person really has to mix it for a bit to get out the lumps. BTW, I know whenever I use to have questions and occasionally still do, I just call the 1-800 number and Jerome always helped with suggestions and such. I can not go on enough about the service I have gotten with Unjury. Let me know if any of what I have said has helped. Theresa

I'm not Theresa--but I always mix my protein in my coffee and I do it this way. I put a scoop in the bottom of the cup, then I add a small amount of cold skim milk and stir to make a paste type consistency, then I add the coffee and stir some more. Smooth as silk.

No, you were looking at the "sample packs" .... There are also single-serving samples on Susan Maria's site (bariatriceating.com)... it's in a different spot..... When you click on "protein, protein, protein", scroll down (the list has pictures)... Look for the picuture that looks like 3 milkshakes.... It says "Single Scoop Protein Samples" and they are 1.75 each. In the "Protein Delite" brand, she currently has Vanilla Very Berry and Straberry White Chocolate, andthe Alpine Milk Chocolate. I LOVE the Strawberry White Chocolate. (Also the Banana Yogurt, but there are no single samples of that listed right now). Haven't tried the Alpine Milk Chocolate yet, but that sounds good. I actually didn't care for the Vanilla Very Berry that much. It was okay, but I don't think I'm going to get it again. She usually throws a sample of something you didnt order when you get your package in the mail I live in the area, so I have been to her store. She is soooo nice Good luck to you! * Debbie *
