Protein Drink question

I posted this on the MB yesterday but figured i'd ask other seasoned veterans here. I am considering ordering from Susan Marias site..I've ordered snacks and bars from her but never shakes. I so desperately wanted to try the protein delite vanilla berry shakes but it was out. My other choices were the Strawberry White Chocolate or the Alpine Chocolate..those are the only ones that appeal to me besides the very vanilla berry.. Has anyone tried these? I CAN order a 2 popund canister of the Vanilla Very Bewrry but i'm afraid if I dont like it, it will be a waste of 30 bucks..any opinions would be appreciated. TIA

Hi Tia, Does she have any of those flavors in the samples? Try it that way if she does so you don't blow that money on gross stuff that you will never use. Personally, I like the lighter taste of they fuzzy navel nectar. Michelle 294/150

I have tried samples from her site, she does have some wonderful products but as many here know I only use one protein and it is Unjury. I am a HUGE fan of Unjury and have used it since I found it and still use it today. In fact I do not see a time I stop using it. Like most people I tried a good dozen protein supplements till I found Unjury. It clicked with me. Definetly order samples and more then 1 of the same kind if you can. Good luck! Theresa

Theresa, Have you tried the Strawberry Unjury? If you have what is your opinion? Do you use water to mix with Unjury or Milk?

darn you beat me to that question, I still use unjury also, every night I have a nice hot mug of Carb Smart vanilla capachino with a scoop of vanilla Unjury in it. but was wondering about the new strawberry. Donna

I have received the Strawberry but have not tried it. I am a huge procrastinator. I was told by Jerome that they have had the best luck mixing it with water. I might make a slushie out of it once I get use to it. I am sure that the chocolate will always be my favorite though. I will let you all know when I try it out. hugss Theresa

I will be awaiting your review. I have used the unflavored Unjury and that is good....I just think I get 3 more grams with Nectar for the same calories...talk about a math problem! LOL Debbie

I did see that she had samples, but it was a part of a bigger package than i'd like to invest in.. I dont know if I want to spend 40 bucks on samples and a shaker and then spend for shipping.. Unjury? I've heard of it but never tried it..is it choclately? I hate the ones that say they're chocolate but are clumpy and you have to gag it down..I prefer the smooth go down easy type.. I'd gladly try anything..i've had digestive issues this far postop and solids hurt so I NEED to supplement..I just dont want to throw money down the drain..know what I mean? Vitalady has samples..i'm inclined to try her site..i've not heard great things about nectars..which are part of the sample package in susans site.. Does Unjury have samples?? Unjury is just like nestlee quick, it is yummy. Many mix it with milk, I personally prefer it with hot cocoa but warm works better for me. They do sell samples and have A+ service. www.unjury.com Theresa

Hi Theresa! I've had a terrible time trying to mix protein with warm liquid - it gets clumpy and GROSS. How do you mix it with hot cocoa? Thanks! Judi
