Today I vow to:
? Drink 100+ ounces of water
? Get in a minimum of 60 grams of protein
? Keep calories under 1000
? Work out at the gym after work
I kept all my vows from yesterday but it was a huge STRUGGLE. I only made it because I didn't want to have to report back here that I failed so this accountability was a great thing for me yesterday.
How did you do yesterday and what are you vowing to do today?

Good morning Dee! Today I vow to treat myself with love and respect. I will not obsess about food or weight. I will eat three healthy meals and two planned snacks. I will avoid sugar and refined carbs. I will move my body gently for exercise. I will not sweat the small stuff.
Yesterday was a BAD day, but today will be better!

Thank you for your support Dee! Today has been a very good day so far! I am avoiding self-destructive thoughts and behaviors one hour at a time. I am drinking my water, eating healthfully and monitoring my emotions closely. I feel so much better than I did yesterday!
Thanks to you and all of my OH family, I am pulling myself out of my "pit of despair"!

I didn't play yesterday.......but today......wow........this is not easy......
Today I vow to:
Drink 64 oz water insteadof 6 cups of coffee.
Eat one boiled egg and ONLY one nectarine (instead of 3).
Eat 50 gm of protein.....(ouch)
I'm trying to start slow.....LOL......this is not easy...
