Hi Valerie! My eating is all out of whack today and I'd rather not post what I've had so far...I'm about to go to the student center and get something sensible but I just wanted to say hi!!! LOL

Well Val, I'm not much of a planner, but so far today I've had a proten shake and 2 hard boiled eggs. I did bring some pepperoni and cheese in for a snack. Don't know whats up for lunch or dinner, but I'll try to make it healthy. I have already had 45 oz water today, so not feeling guilty at all about my coffee. Wendy

B: Venti Non-Fat 3 pump Mocha from Starbucks & 3 oz's of beef jerky (working on being better about protine). L: 1/4 of a chili-lime salad w/ chicken from La Salsa and a hand full of tortilla chips. D: probably more of the salad or I may try the Turky Tenderloin recipe on Susan Maria's sight and then a sugar free pudding later. I am trying very hard to stop snacking and also cutting back to one Mocha a day(I was drinking 2-3 a day and at 320 calories each that is not good) working towards cutting them out all togeather. I have gained back 10 lbs. so I am trying to be better about my eating overall. Melissa 314(high)/135(low)/145(now) 21 months post op
