Another human in the bunch! I guess most of us suffer from "humanitis" when it comes to our daily choices. Good luck on making yours count for the good today.

I vow:
To get less than 1250 calories
to get at least 70 grms protein,
64 oz-100 oz water
and 30 mins "good" exercise
and above all, get "all" of my Vitamins in my actual body today!!!!

I am going to start small with mine (under alot of stress, I know it's an excuse).
Today I vow to drink more water or fluids, take all my vitamins and eat less carbs and more protein.
