I vow: To get less than 1250 calories to get at least 70 grms protein, 64 oz-100 oz water and 30 mins "good" exercise and above all, get "all" of my Vitamins in my actual body today!!!! Good luck every one, here's to keeping on track!!!! Connie

I am going to start small with mine (under alot of stress, I know it's an excuse). Today I vow to drink more water or fluids, take all my vitamins and eat less carbs and more protein. Love this post, thanks!! Connie
