No WLS card discussion!

Hi everyone--just perusing the main board and notice a thread with lots of posts. Somebody posted about going to a buffet and she was upset because they would not accept her wls card to get a child's price. I have to admit it--I am very excited that I won't see that topic posted here--no matter how ya feel about it--we all know better than to go there! LOL Have I mentioned that I really like this board?

I know what you mean.... I saw where some posters were upset that so many may leave the main room or other sites to come here - but they still have those that are under a year there and they can lurk here .. just shouldn't really post here. I like this board as well.. its like a reunion to me ... hoping to see some of those that faded away to come back as well.. *crossing fingers* deb

I have lurked around some of the other boards and they start off real strong then in a week or two people lose interest. Hope that doesn't happen here.

I don't understand...you mean the restaurant owner should suffer and his business fail because I ate myself up to 320 pounds and then had to have my stomach made smaller??? (Even though I ate enough to feed three people at his buffet prior to my RNY and never paid extra?!?)

The commercials in my area SPECIFICALLY state that the wls restaurant cards are good ONLY on the double decker pies!! I say what the hell...go out and use the damn thing...WOOHOO!!! Have a good night toots...

If I have to read one more thread about the restaurant card controversy I will scream....I haven't even been to the main board lately, after 3 years you just need a break!
