What are you eating today???
I had 4 large cups of coffee One protein shake made with water....a whole bunch of pills.....and some peanuts (too many actually) feeling stuffed now!!! I am heading out to my pre-op appt right now (plastics)and then we will probably have something easy for supper like burgers and salad as we are gonna be re-arranging the basement and playroom I hate housework! I'm going to scold you - where is the protein in your breakfast? And was that decaf? I had two cups of decaf before leaving home, then had a protein drink for breakfast when I got to work. Then I had two more cups of decaf and a large glass of crystal light.
Lunch was a salad with three ounces of grilled chicken and some fat free Italian dressing.
So far, that's it for today - but I've managed to have only about 250 calories and 47g of protein.

? Beef Jerky
? Stick of Moz. Cheese
Lunch (377 calories / 32 gm protein):
? Raw spinach leaves
? Fresh garden tomatoes
? Boiled Egg
? Canned Salmon
? Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
46 ounces of water (so far) and my morning vitamins

so far today I had 2 big cups of coffee before I had breakfast,then I had a breakfast burrito made with egg beaters on a low carb tortilla,10:30- a protein shake, lunch was 1/2 ham sandwich with whole grain bread, right now a few bites of beef jerky, not to bad yet lets see how the rest of the day goes(it is 3:00pm now).

Oh yea I have had more than 64 oz of liquid so far.
5 am before my workout, a small one way protein bar with 15 grams of protein. did 55 minutes on the precor crossramp (did weights yesterday for almost an hour full body workout + 50 minutes on the crossramp so took it easy today.) burnt 350 calories according to the machines computer.
8 am - 1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1/2 a bagel
lunch- < 1/2 a chicken sandwich (threw away much of the bread, ate the 1/2 grilled chicken breast, swiss cheese, tomato and whatever the sauce was) and a few bites of my grandsons cheese fries. blueberries
snack - lite & fit yougurt and Kashi crunch high protein cereal on top
dinner will be cold shrimp, greek pasta salad, (gemelli pasta with tomatoes, redonions, cucumbers, feta cheese and greek dressing)
later snack - I made a fresh peach & blueberry tart with splenda
Welp, Since no matter what I put in my mouth I stay between the 5 lbs I've been bouncing for over a year now...this is what I had today:
sugar free chai latte
3 chicken taquitos & bean & cheese burrito
a hand full of sun dried tomato and basil wheat thins
homemade cheese burger on whole grain bun/ seasoned fries
Gallons of Iced Tea and all my vitamins.
