:wave" I'm out here.... Thanks, Ellie, for remembering me. I haven't been to the forum in a long while. I am 3 years post op. I never made it to my goal. I started at 385+ and stopped losing weight at about 225. I have regained 25 lbs, but I'm not that distressed about it. I am healthier [no more diabetes, high blood pressure or arthritis], happier and much more active [yep, I still walk 3+ miles/day, and hike long distances regularly] than I ever could have been pre-op. Joe & I are still very happy with each other and with our surgeries. Greetings to all my dear friends from the AMOS forum. Thanks to WLSDeb for emailing me about this forum. all my best- Karen
