I hear from Tracy occasionally. Tooter is right, she now goes by Nil Carborundum. Don't know how she came up with that one. It's a shame people get their feelings hurt and leave the board. If I let everything someones says to me or about me get to me, I'd have been gone a long time ago. I just let it roll off my shoulders like oil on a ducks back and keep on posting. The explanation of Nil Carborundum -- it's LATIN -- short for "Illegitimis nil carborundum" which translates into English as "Don't Let the *******S Grind You Down" -- and at the time I did the name change -- it was VERY appropriate! Hey woman! I'm still around -- still alive -- still kicking -- and still at goal! I'm up 5 lbs. from my lowest weight -- but still squarely between a 22-23 BMI (and have been up and down the same 5 lbs. for the past 6-8 months!) Coming up on a 2 year anniversary in 4 days (Susan Maddy's is in 3). Looking at jobs in Colorado (please keep your fingers crossed for me there -- I really, really, really want this job!) Trying to get other affairs in my life put in order -- still talking to Helmut on a daily basis (although he is about to leave NY to return to Germany for a couple of weeks before he goes back to NY for 2 years). Trying to work out the kinks with school for next term (and if I do get the job in Colorado, I'll still take the weekend class and fly home once a month until I finish). Just lots of "things" going on at the moment and I haven't had much time for the boards! I spoke with Johnny last week -- he's doing good and is pursuing his acting/directing/screen writing careers. He stays pretty busy and is getting harder and harder to catch up with - but I still speak with him at least once or twice a week. I'll let him know you asked about him next time I talk with him. Thanks for the email and heads up on the new forum. If it weren't for an occasional email from you guys -- I wouldn't have a clue what's going on with the boards! Anyone heard from Pastor Kay? Debbie Underwood? Teann?

Teann is around, she posts on another board/site. but seems to be doing fine. Debbie Underwood posted tothe CA board a few months ago, she was having some problems with her health- Have not seen pastor kay is eaons, and (I kjnow youdidnt ask-but someone else did) Pam German posted in the last month on the main board-

You are really sending me down memory lane today....sometimes I also can't help but think about the ones we lost who added so much to this place, and none of the newbies have ever even heard of them....I was thinking about Mama Angel and Sally Simatos...2 people who contributed a lot to the boards and never even got to have the surgery, both of their own choice, and both no longer with us......
