Am glad to hear she is doing well....
Seems like when we lose weight the hubby's grab on tighter, since Mike has been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, he has grabbed on tighter too, sometimes to the point of smothering...... grrrrrr
and with his short term memory loss, I am his anchor, he does wear me out at times, but he keeps life interesting..... lol......
Instead of where in the world is Carmen, it is where is the world is Mike...
He took an old back dirt road up a mountain, and blue the rear end in the jeep.... he just don't think at times, and drives me nuts.... but gotta love it....

Be glad it's gray and drab - it's bright and sunny and hotter than H here. It is absolutely miserable outside.
Drink some coffee for me and don't forget those vitamins. Got mine down at 5 AM along with 4 calcium pills. This new schedule at work has me up earlier than ever - yuck - but the good news is that I get home before bad traffic - and that's a very good thing.

We just had a huge storm go by and lost both satellite dishes for tv and the puter.... got my vities down had a protein drink, ate some yogurt, 2 hard boiled eggs, and a peach... am doing pretty good today, and am sucking on a bottle of water....
took some chicken out tonight for dinner... don't know what I will make with it yet... will probably just grill it..
