Delores, Good Morning to you too!!!!!! Sounds like another scorcher for you guys, has been hot up here in maine too, is wierd, I almost broke down and bought an air conditioner... but decided we would stand the heat.... Is a horrible tragedy for that little boy, am so glad the schools are cracking down on that, I was nervous for years with my Daughters Father coming to school to get her, and taking off with her, but thank God, God heard my prayers.... I know about the coffee thinggy, I even mix mine with my protein in the morning, talk about a wake up jolt.. lol.... Elite makes a cafe mocha, and it mixes great in coffee... reminds me of a cappachino of sorts, that and a little cream, and I am good for the morning.... You have a wonderful day, and Delores it is so good to see you.... God I have missed you all so much.....

OMG, its YOU!!! Hugssssssssssssss I can not believe this is where everyone has been hiding. I read the main MB almost daily and a few of the other MBs but rarely post because I just do not feel like it or feel like I have nothing to add. Sorry your part of Maine is rainy today, mine is wonderful! I have been at camp since June but might go home on Wed for a night. It has to end at some point. Theresa, Is SOOOOOOOOOOO good to see you too, have missed you.... This new board will keep me here I think, I know what you mean about nothing to add to the MB's. I tried to look you up on the Maine Board, but didn't see you there either, am excited to see you here..... Hope you guys are having a ball at camp, ummmmmm anymore bike flips this year??? lol let me know when you have time, will meet you in Bangor one weekend.... It's great to see you back, Val. I still don't drink with meals, still wait at least 30 minutes until I drink (often an hour or more). And I take my water with me if I'm going to be out more than just a few minutes. I have confidence in you, you can get back into the habit of drinking the water, soon it'll be second nature again.
