Kaye, Is so good to see you too Sweetie, Are you ready for school to start yet??? Marianne goes back on the 16th, but gets out October 1st through the 15th, to pick potatoes...... lol...... she is not to excited about that, but I think she will get over it.... Mike is ok, he has me busting his butt as much as possible, and sometimes I feel more like a Mother or a Babysitter depending on the day.... I really do think this move is the best for him, he is out here, with plenty to do, with working on the house and sheds.... How is your family???? I hope all is well with all the kids... You have a wonderful night, and take care.... Love ya Bunches

Hi again, I am so not ready to go back to school. I have to report on the 12th. Last year was a rough year with really hard children. It was also rewarding though. This week are going to Wyoming for the annual river raft and waterski trip. I am excited about that. My kids are doing great. I'm a grandma. Kayla is 2 months old and just a total doll. I'll have to send you a picture sometime. My son, Doug will be home in 2 months, it is hard to believe he has been gone for 2 years. Megan and Steph are just busy cheering and dancing. Steve has had a rough year with all his illnesses but stays busy to forget. Love you too. Kaye

Dee, How are you??? and how did this surgery go, am so sorry I have been out of touch, but have had my hands full with finding the new house, packing. moving, etc, and believe me when I tell you, it was a one man army doing it... It is totally wonderful up here, and the one neighbor we have that is about 4 miles away, he and his wife have been wonderful to us, don't know what I would have done, without their help... Mike won't get better, he will probably worsen as time goes by, they are retiring a handful of Officers at the Pentagon, with the same illnesses... Mike was 300 feet from where the plane hit, and had to breathe in the gas fumes and asbestos from the building for 12 hours, without any masks or breathing apperatisis.... so didn't the other Officers, so it is a day my day thing we are going through, we don't know what the extent of these injuries will be for him, from today till tomorrow..... But we try and joke around and laugh a bit about it, and not dwell on it so much.. but some day's Dee, all I want to do is cry, my strong husband hubby, isn't here no more... so we have to adapt, and make every day a good one...... So enough about that, How is your Handsome Husband? And I will be expecting you this winter, we have some snow men to make.... lol..... and up here, we will have plenty of snow, so no excuses..... lolol Love ya Back......

Oh, Sweetie, I hadn't read this when I wrote last time. I'm so sorry to hear about Mike. I am going through something similar with my short-term memory. I lost my job due to it in May, and the doctor diagnosed me as having Dementia, and put me on Disability. The insurance company's doctors do not agree with my doctor's diagnosis and are refusing to pay my disability benefits so I am in a bad place financially. I am trying to find a lawyer who will take my case on a pro bono basis because I can't afford to hire an attorney. I am still looking for work as well, but the pickings are slim and it is hard to sell myself when my confidence is at an all-time low! All that having been said, I think getting Mike out of stressful situations will help him. I can tell I'm much better when I am not under stress. Best of luck to you and to Mike. Love to Marianne! XOXO Charlene
