I always tell my husband when we go out to eat or we eat at home that even though I don't eat much then, by the time we get home I will be hungry again. But, I do drink with my meals. It's a habit that I just don't seem to be able to break. 2 hours sounds about right. I worry that my pouch will stretch and I'll be as big as I was before. I'm 18 months out and I've gone from 275 to 138. I never dreamed I would be a 8-10 or smaller depending on how things are made. I wanted to have a BMI less than 24, weigh 150 and wear a size 12. So I have had sucesses that I didn't think I would have.

Hi Teresa,
I understand the head hunger. I found that I get that way when I
give into CARBS. I finally decided to cut them out as much as
possible again, and now my cravings are in control.
The first week was hard, but after that, I swear I don't crave
food as much. I really went very low carb and still eat a lot of
protein. I never drink with my meals and wait 1 hour after eating
to start drinking my water.
I had Dr. Vaughan too! He is GREAT
