I attribute my success to Malabsorption. I'd have regained the 300 lbs I lost if it depended on what I ate. I typically eat between 4000 to 5000 calories per day (some days less, some days more). However, I do not drink my calories- that is the only rule I consistently follow.

Almost 14 post op and still at goal. I don't eat after 6pm. I don't eat a lot. I don't count calories but my guess would definately be under 1000 calories. I finally eat to live and food is just something I have to eat. I guess I am very lucky I don't feel hunger
