Lactose Free Yogurt

Hey!

I was wondering if anyone knew of a lactose free yogurt that won't murder my stomach?

I have developed Reactive Hypoglycemia so it'd have to be low in carbs in sugar, and have a decent amount of protein. Anyone know of one?

I'm not sure if its lactose free but Ralphs Grocery Store has a yogurt that is called carbmaster I believe. Low in carbs and sugar and pretty good protein count

SoDelicious makes a "yougurt" that is non-dairy. It's actually cultured almond milk. It's very good.
