Marginal Ulcer (or anastomotic ulcer of gastrojejunal region)

Anyone had this problem?  I'm almost 9 years out (RNY) and wondering if my recent endoscopy finding of inflammation in this area is the beginning of a marginal ulcer.  My follow-up appointment isn't until tomorrow...

I had RNY in 2001, but haven't had the same issue.  How did your appointment go?
