Update! I've been gone awhile. crazy how life gets in the way.. Almost 2 years out heading out for my appointment next week, I started June 2012 at 276 lbs and surgery December 17 at 235.. My lowest was 154 in November 2013 then I sit now (November 2014) at 160-165. I understand the weight loss but I now want to lose fat. I have belly fat (not skin) to get rid of and would love some tips to shed some pounds. I've minimal eating issues other than with gluten and sugar (don't eat wheat products d/t severe pain and swelling but not celiac and sugar d/t extreme hypoglycemia). Any help would be appreciated !! How are yall doing??? Here are some updated pictures too! can't wait to hear from everyone ❤️

You look amazing!!

Have you considered joining a gym and using a trainer (at my gym you get 4 sessions with a trainer to help you get started on what you want to do.)

Well yeah but Iwork out at home it is very expensive here. Live in the sticks and the trainers aren't very dependable

You are doing a phenomenal job. My only suggestion would be to focus on stomach muscle building exercises like crunches and sit-ups. That said you really should be very very proud. Live Free or Die.

I brought the Jilian and Bob DVD's from The Biggest Loser they are actually really good and give a very good wrokout. You don't have to leave the house and save a lot of money. I found out a lot of things I used to eat/drink before surgery I don't like anymore either. I keep a lot of peanuts around for protein and when I feel the shakes. Good luck ...

First of all you look amazing and I have the same issue as you and whenI look in the mirror i see body fat but when I work my abs I can tell it is extra skin. So just keep doing what you are doing and don let the self conscious stand in the way of the self confidence your are more than a conquerer...

LIFE IS HARD, BUT GIVING UP HAS NO REWARDS!!!
