2.5 years out and finally starting to lose again

So I am 2 and a half years post op and I regained 30 lbs.  I was in a bad place mentally and it showed itself as a horrible 30 pound re-gain.  I am thrilled to say though that I recently started a 24-day challenge through AdvoCare and, it feels like its pretty much back to basics.  4 days in and I am down 5 pounds!!!  I am so happy I could dance! and I hate dancing.  If anyone wants to know more, please ask or PM.
