Maybe you have Weigh****chers or OA in your town? Do whatever you have to do to be around people who are positive and moving forward. While it'd be great if everyone in all support groups had the exact issues we do, sometimes it's not possible. So do whatever you can. Advertise for pals on Craigslist, join or start a walking group. Check meetup.com for possible groups. Being around positive active people, whatever their stories are, is always helpful.
Following the rules after weight loss surgery takes off 100 pounds. People who lose more than that do it with additional diet and exercise. If you want to lose weight again you need to determine how many calories your body burns and then eat less than that.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
How can you determine how many calories your body burns. Do you mean the metabolism test or something different abd I do exercise. I have lupus and its hard but I will be adding more time. I had my metabolism checked at the hospital and it was almost at the very bottom of the chart. It was 2years ago. I don't remember where I putt it when I moved but it was low
You can do it yoursel*****o If It Fits Your Macros and put in your weight, height, activity level, and how quickly you want to lose. It will tell you how many calories, fats, fiber, and carbs you need each day.
The lower your metabolism is, the less calories that you will be able to eat. But exercise can increase your metabolism.
Get into the habit of tracking all food and of weighing every day and tracking your weight. You can lose all of the excess weight, but need to work on it and take the time needed to finish the job.
